ROSACEA
Rosacea is a common and chronic skin condition that results in increased redness, flushing, sensitivity, inflammation, acne-like lesions, and oil production. It can be triggered by a number of exposures including pregnancy, food, heat, stress, sun, alcohol, and caffeine. As the condition is chronic it often requires long-term treatment and maintenance.
OUR STRATEGIC CARE
Rosacea can be challenging and stubborn to treat, and often requires multiple approaches for effective long-term control.
When clients book in with concerns of rosacea, our providers will take a client-centred focus to help you enhance the way your skin functions.
At your first visit, your provider will discuss the following:
-
Enhanced home care
-
Correction & prevention
-
Prescription for topical and/or oral treatment as needed
-
In-office treatments such as injectables, botox, chemical peels, and RF microneedling
-
Follow-up appointments

What Will My Experience Be Like?
Your skin health journey begins with a detailed consultation where we assess redness patterns, skin sensitivity, inflammation, and barrier function. We focus on the particular type of rosacea you may be dealing with and how to strategically treat it. We also review lifestyle triggers and your current skincare routine to better understand what may be contributing to flushing and reactivity.
Your plan will include:
-
Targeted at-home skincare
-
In-office treatment eg. RF microneedling (pulsed wave modes, for example, destroy abnormal blood vessels under the skin and promote increased cell turnover to improve healing and regeneration while reducing redness)
-
Follow-ups and ongoing care
