Nurse Zach Belanger
Aesthetics Nurse Lead
Skin Health & Botox
I've always been fascinated by the relationship between how we feel and the person we see in the mirror.
My journey into aesthetics began in 2018 as a medical aesthetician before an aesthetic nurse. Over time I realized the most meaningful part of the work wasn't the treatments themselves, it was the people. The conversations, the trust, and the opportunity to help someone feel more confident in their own life again.
My first step in to nursing was working in frontline addictions and harm reduction. It was there that I learned some of the most important lessons of my career: how to listen without judgment, meet people where they are, and create spaces where they feel genuinely safe to be seen, fully.
Today, as Lead Nurse at LuminaMD, I bring together my background in aesthetics and nursing to provide a thoughtful, skin-first approach to care. My philosophy is rooted in the belief that aesthetics should never be about chasing perfection, it should be about helping people feel more connected to themselves.
