All of our providers are physicians who are members in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia, Doctors of BC, and College of Family Physicians of Canada. Our nurses are members in good standing of the BC College of Nurses and Midwives.

Welcome to LuminaMD, a transformative physician and nurse led clinic with a team of professionals specializing in the art of aesthetics through injectables and skin health, proudly serving the community of Nanaimo and the surrounding regions.

At Lumina MD, we are passionate about education. Our focus is on managing medical skin conditions such as acne, rosacea, melasma, dermatitis, and common ageing concerns. We work with you to address various aesthetic skin concerns through the use of recommended skincare, neuromodulators, lip filler, facial dermal filler, chemical peels, and microneedling with radiofrequency (Sylfirm X). We believe in addressing aesthetic concerns through multiple treatments in a strategic approach, with a focus on natural results, improvement in skin conditions, and graceful ageing. We will always assess the patient holistically to ensure their concerns are addressed.
